Field Sales Executive (FSE):

Shashwat Fincap is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and acquire clients for our diverse financial products excluding insurance. The role involves meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable solutions such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Loans, Fixed Income Products, Wealth Advisory, and other investment opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market outreach. Building strong client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets will be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a basic understanding of financial products. Prior experience in field sales, banking, NBFC, mutual fund distribution, or financial services will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

1 to 3 years in field sales / BFSI / financial products sales.

Back Office Executive,
